High-Precision Parts
Precision and process reliability are essential for us. This is why we invest continuously in our machinery. After all we want even greater precision and process reliability. This is also the case in the manufacture of large quantities. Therefore the highest level of precision also forms part of our automation process.
Rotary Axis Systems
Our employees manufacture rotary axis systems from aluminium and steel blanks in a few stages. At Polymeca we have also switched to automation in this area. This enables our specialists to concentrate fully on their specialist area: precision in the micrometre range.
Metrology
Metrology has always been the basis of precision manufacture – especially in the manufacture of measuring instruments like theodolites, measuring arms and rotary measuring tables. No one manages this squaring of the circle better than Polymeca.
