Precision and process reliability are essential for us. This is why we invest continuously in our machinery. After all we want even greater precision and process reliability. This is also the case in the manufacture of large quantities. Therefore the highest level of precision also forms part of our automation process.

The manufacture of precision parts is our metier. We will process your orders with the highest levels of precision and process reliability – whether it involves turning, milling or grinding. Our international customers are very demanding. To put it bluntly, anyone who wants to survive international competition in the way we do must be able to prove that they can manufacture a full cylinder with less than 0.001 mm tolerance, roundness below 0.0003 mm and play of 0 to 0.001 mm – they must also be able to accomplish this for series production. At Polymeca we can handle this – regardless of the quantity. Ultimately we don’t just have machines which work reliably and precisely but 120 employees who do the same.
